Available reports

There are two ways to get your usage figures:

  1. Direct from ProQuest platform
  2. From JUSP

ProQuest platform

If you want to find out how well used the e-books for FE collections are, here is a COUNTER report guide and a usage/activity report guide here on the e-books for FE support site.
You can pull your user data, narrow your search and pull reports by many attributes including: title, keyword, ISBN(s), document ID(s), publisher, subject, publication date, usage date, purchase type, etc. Results will show e-book data and usage details.
Book data table headings:

Document ID Title Publisher PubDate eISBN13 Subject

Usage data table headings:

Usage Date Member Usage Cost Purchase Type Access Model Use Type Book Downloads

If you require any help in attaining usage reports, please contact ebooksupport@proquest.com

Historical usage data

For historical usage data from when the Ebook Central platform was Ebrary, before 15th Feb 2017, use your original ebrary admin credentials following the guide. If you have forgotten your original login details please contact ProQuest at ebooksupport@proquest.com

JUSP

Use Jisc’s JUSP look at ProQuest platform usage per title and in relation to access data of your other publishers from other subscribed collections.
