Benefits to FE colleges

Save money by accessing e-books for free

The e-books for FE service is free at the point of use for FE colleges. That means FE colleges save money compared to the cost of buying digital or print textbooks by other means.

Get unlimited access

The e-books service allows staff and learners to access an unlimited number of e-books within the collection, concurrently, an unlimited number of times. This means learners aren’t constrained by usage limits.

Save time by accessing e-books easily

The e-books in the collection are available via ProQuest’s Ebook Central platform, allowing learners and teaching practitioners to access the content from anywhere – by simply creating an account, then finding the e-books they need.
The online platform means the service is easy to use. For example, learners and teaching practitioners can support learning by linking to e-books directly from within their VLE.
